Children are our teachers
Children are truly gifts from God, often teaching us more than we teach them. One day, I refused to help my mom with a household chore. While busy coloring his drawing, my brother’s grandson looked up and said I was being disobedient to my mom. His simple words hit me hard, and I immediately changed my mind. His innocent observation reminded me of the values I should always follow.
Another time, we were watching the Ramayan on TV. When the news came on with stock market updates, it showed a bear instead of a bull. He noticed it and said, “Why isn’t the cow there today?” He thought a bull and a cow were the same and found the news confusing. His small but sharp observation made me realize how much children notice, even things we ignore. They teach us to be more aware of the little details in life.
