Resilience is the ability to bounce back from difficult situations. It’s like being able to get up after being knocked down and keep moving forward, no matter how tough things get. Life throws challenges our way—whether it's personal struggles, setbacks at work, or tough times in relationships—but resilience is what helps us handle these challenges without giving up.

 

Being resilient doesn’t mean avoiding problems or never feeling hurt. It means staying strong and finding ways to recover when things go wrong. People who are resilient learn from tough experiences and become even stronger for the future. It’s about having the inner strength to keep going, even when the road is rough. Indian Cricket team did this in the first test against Kiwis but finally lost the match but in the coming days it will bounce back.
