Do you need a break from your routine? Yes. Repeating the same work can cause fatigue, reduce productivity, and stifle creativity. This isn't just true for individuals but also for our organs, like the digestive system and liver. Our ancestors introduced the idea of fasting one day every 15 days to give our organs a break. This practice helps remove toxins from our bodies, especially from consuming both homemade and restaurant foods. Fasting allows our bodies to cleanse and rejuvenate, promoting longevity and better organ function.

Similarly, if a road needs repair, traffic is stopped temporarily to fix it efficiently. This prevents hidden problems from worsening and ensures the road is safe for use.

In the context of an organization, it's essential to provide breaks and rotations for employees. No one should perform the same task every day throughout the year. Mandatory breaks help identify potential issues and reduce risks, enhancing overall performance and health.
